Our Carbon Hill Dare Program Coordinator and SRO Amy Garrison had a fantastic time out at Carbon Hill’s Homecoming Parade.
 
Spreading positivity, and knowledge is the goal of the DARE program, and SRO Garrison achieved that goal today!
