Our School Resource Officers are committed to protecting our most valuable assets in Walker County: our children. Every child has the potential to be the change we need to see, so let's give them a safe environment to learn and grow! Our SROs do just that. We have a school resource officer in every county school that is not covered by a municipal police force. Dora, Sumiton, Valley, Curry, Parrish, Carbon Hill, and Oakman all have dedicated deputies that patrol the school during all school hours. NOT PICTURED: SRO Jones, SRO Garrison
